2. No Refund on Advance Payments

  • A minimum 50% advance payment is required to begin any project

  • This advance payment is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances

This is because resources, time, and effort are allocated immediately after project confirmation.


3. Project-Based Services

For services such as website development, design, or custom work:

  • Once the project has started, no refunds will be issued

  • If the client cancels the project midway, no refund will be provided

  • Work completed up to the cancellation point remains chargeable


4. Digital Marketing & Monthly Services

For services like:

  • Social media management

  • Paid advertising (Meta Ads & Google Ads)

  • Lead generation

  • Payments are non-refundable once the service period has started

  • No partial refunds for unused days or early cancellation


5. Exceptions 

Refunds may be considered only in the following rare cases:

  • If Crovazen is unable to start the project

  • If the service cannot be delivered due to internal limitations

6. Third-Party Costs

  • Payments made for domain registration, hosting, plugins, or third-party tools are non-refundable

  • These services are governed by their respective providers


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior communication is considered a violation of this policy

  • We reserve the right to suspend all services and take necessary action


8. Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide required content and information on time

  • Communicate clearly during the project

  • Review and approve work within a reasonable timeframe

Delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds.


9. Policy Updates

Crovazen reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
