If the client cancels the project midway, no refund will be provided
Work completed up to the cancellation point remains chargeable

Paid advertising (Meta Ads & Google Ads)
Lead generation
Payments are non-refundable once the service period has started
No partial refunds for unused days or early cancellation
5. Exceptions

If Crovazen is unable to start the project
If the service cannot be delivered due to internal limitations
